1. Our Services

Atlas Education and Overseas Consultants provides study-abroad consultancy services, including country and university counselling, application assistance, student and visit visa filing support, test preparation (IELTS, PTE, Duolingo English Test), spoken English coaching, and BPO career training. We act as an advisory and administrative support service — we do not guarantee admission or visa approval, both of which remain at the sole discretion of the relevant university and government authority.

2. Service Fees & Packages

Service fees are quoted in writing after your free initial consultation and vary by destination country and the scope of service selected (application-only, visa-only, or end-to-end support). Fees do not include third-party costs such as university application fees, embassy/visa fees, courier charges, test registration fees, or translation/attestation charges, which are payable directly by you or through us on a pass-through basis.

Installment plans are available for most service packages, structured around milestones such as application submission, offer letter receipt, and visa approval. Specific installment terms will be confirmed in your service agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation throughout the process. Atlas Education is not responsible for application or visa refusals resulting from false, incomplete, or misleading information provided by you. You are responsible for meeting application and visa deadlines communicated to you and for responding to document requests in a timely manner.

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

While we maintain a strong historical visa success rate and work diligently on every application, university admissions and visa decisions are made exclusively by the relevant institution or government authority. We do not guarantee admission, scholarship award, or visa approval, and our service fees are not contingent on a successful outcome except where explicitly stated in your service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and course materials provided as part of our test preparation services — is the property of Atlas Education and Overseas Consultants and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas Education's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount of fees paid by you for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost income, lost opportunity, or travel costs incurred in connection with a visa refusal.

7. Termination of Service

Either party may terminate the service agreement in writing at any stage. Refunds for terminated services are governed by our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service to any client whose conduct is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of these terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Punjab, Pakistan.
