Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Third-Party Costs

The following costs are paid directly to third parties and are non-refundable once submitted, regardless of application outcome:

• University/institution application fees
• Embassy or visa application fees
• Test registration fees (IELTS, PTE, Duolingo English Test)
• Courier, attestation, and translation charges

2. Atlas Education Service Fees — Milestone Refund Structure

Our service fee follows a milestone-based structure. Refund eligibility depends on which stage your case has reached at the time of cancellation:

• Before counselling/profile evaluation begins: 100% refund of service fee
• After profile evaluation, before application submission: 75% refund of service fee
• After application submission, before offer letter: 40% refund of service fee
• After offer letter received: 15% refund of service fee (covers admin costs already incurred)
• After visa filing has begun: Non-refundable, as documentation and filing work is already complete

3. Visa Refusal

If your visa application is refused despite a complete and accurate file prepared by us, our service fee for that specific application is non-refundable, as the work (documentation, filing, and representation) was completed as agreed. However, we will review the refusal letter with you at no additional charge and, where eligible, assist with a corrected reapplication or appeal.

If a visa is refused due to an error attributable to Atlas Education (e.g., incorrect or incomplete documentation submitted by our team), we will refund 100% of the service fee for that application and, where possible, assist with a free reapplication.

4. Test Preparation Course Refunds

IELTS, PTE, Spoken English, and BPO training course fees are refundable on a pro-rata basis if you withdraw before completing 25% of the course. No refund is available after 25% of scheduled classes have been attended, as trainer time and batch allocation have already been committed.

5. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to atlasoverseasconsultant@gmail.com or in person at our office, along with your service reference details. Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 business days via the original payment method where possible.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to consider refund requests outside this policy on a case-by-case basis, particularly in cases of documented hardship or service failure on our part. Decisions on exceptions are at the discretion of Atlas Education management.
